3. Rental Agreement
A rental agreement is formed when Gracy Rental confirms your reservation via email or phone and you provide any required security deposit or pre-authorization. This confirmation constitutes a binding agreement between you and Gracy Rental.
4. Payments and Fees
- Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
- Payment: Payment terms, including advance payments, security deposits, and final balances, will be clearly outlined during the reservation confirmation process.
- Additional Charges: You are responsible for all charges incurred during your rental period, including but not limited to: fuel, tolls, parking and traffic fines, and any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify a reservation.
- Specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
6. Vehicle Use and Prohibitions
The rented vehicle shall not be used for:
- Any illegal purpose.
- Re-renting or subleasing the vehicle.
- Transporting hazardous materials.
- Racing or off-road driving.
- Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Carrying passengers or cargo for hire (e.g., as a taxi or delivery service).
7. Insurance and Liability
- It is the renter’s responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the rental period. Proof of insurance may be required.
- Gracy Rental is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
- The renter is fully liable for all damage to or loss of the vehicle, including deductibles, to the extent not covered by insurance.
8. Intellectual Property
The Gracy Rental website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gracy Rental and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The information on our website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracy Rental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
